Privacy notice

What we collect

• Your name and phone number, so we can make your order, hand it to you and call you if there is a problem with it.
• Your email address, if you give one, so we can email you about your order.
• Your delivery address, to bring your order to you.
• What you ordered, any notes you add, the price and how you paid.
• If you create an account: your email address, your password (stored only in a form that cannot be read back) and any addresses you save.

Why we use it

We use your details to take, make and hand over your order, and to keep the records the law requires (the lawful basis is the contract between you and us, and our legal obligations). We never sell your details.

We send you offers only if you say yes. You can change your mind at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any offer, or tell us.

If you allow notifications on your phone, we use them to tell you when your order is ready and, if you agree, about offers. You can turn them off in your phone's settings at any time.

Who helps us

• 1T3chSoftware LTD provides this website and our ordering system and handles your details only on our instructions.
• Stripe takes card payments. Your card details go straight to Stripe: we never see or keep your full card number.
• Our hosting and email providers store our records and send our emails, under contracts that protect your details.
• Cloudflare checks that an order comes from a person rather than an automated program. It looks at your browser and connection while you check out, only to stop fraud.

On your device

This website keeps your basket, your sign-in and your recent orders in your browser so they are still there when you come back. If you open the website from one of our offers or adverts, it remembers which one for a day so we can see how our offers do. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, so there is nothing to accept.

How long we keep it

We keep order records, including the name, phone number and any address on them, for six years, because UK tax law requires business records to be kept. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Records used only to stop abuse of our checkout are deleted after a day.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them (we may still need to keep order records for the period above). You can also object to how we use them.
