Terms of ordering

Your order

• Prices include VAT. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, including any delivery fee.
• If you pay by card, we start your order once the payment has gone through. An order not paid for within a short time is cancelled and you are not charged.
• Times we give are our best estimate. At busy times your order may take longer.

Allergies

Allergen information is shown with each item. Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens, so we cannot promise any item is free from them. If you have an allergy, please call us before you order.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

• Food is made to order, so once we have started making it you cannot cancel it. Call us straight away if you need to change something.
• If we cannot make your order, or something is missing or wrong, we will put it right or give you a refund. A refund to a card goes back to the card you paid with.
• Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Collection and delivery

• Please collect your order at the time we give. Food left uncollected cannot be kept for long.
• We deliver only to the areas shown at checkout. Make sure your address and phone number are right so our driver can find you.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of the part of the United Kingdom where Flaming Bites is based, and its courts can hear any dispute.
